What questions do our customers ask before renting?
You can rent a car with your valid driving licence, and you should have either a bank card as a deposit or the deposit in cash corresponding to the deductible for the vehicle.

The rental payment can be made in cash, using a credit card or via bank transfer (in this case, it should be processed 24 hours in advance)
Upon the return of the vehicle, we check the fuel levels, which should be the same as when you received it, since the company does not charge for fuel
Rental is always for 24 hours; the company provides one 'courtesy' hour free of charge, but if you exceed this hour, you will have to pay for the entire day
There can be two drivers in the contract and the second driver is completely free of charge
With the authorisation of the company, you may take the vehicle to any other islands, but we do not provide a towing or breakdown service, which means that in the event of any breakdown or accident, the customer will bear the costs of transferring the damaged vehicle to one of the two piers in Tenerife, where we will take care of the rest.

For commercial vehicles, you may return them outside of office hours following the instructions received at the office when you pick up the vehicle. For multipurpose vehicles or passenger cars, you should return them during office hours, or for a fee of 20, the vehicle may be picked up at the time indicated by the customer.
There is no kilometre limit

During the office hours of the car rental office in Spain, you should get in contact with the office from which you rented the vehicle, indicated at the top of the contract; if the incident occurs outside of office hours, all contracts include a breakdown hotline, which will provide instructions as to how to proceed.
EThe passenger cars use unleaded 95 petrol, while the multipurpose vehicles and vans use diesel.
If you request to pay upon pick-up and provide advance notice, the booking is cancelled and online bookings (see terms and conditions) do not allow changes, meaning that you would have to make a new booking. If you have already paid for the booking, we do not provide refunds, but we will give you a voucher for when you next need another rental with a validity of three months.
The price includes taxes, the price of the rental and the all-risks insurance with a deductible of 300 for the A and B categories and 360 for other models. This does not cover the interior of the vehicle or the loss of the keys
If you're going to be loading a double bed or a sofa and several boxes, the ideal vehicle is the one we call 'medium capacity', since it is not too big and can even fit into a standard sized parking spot. If you need to transfer multiple household appliances, furniture, boxes etc. during the move, we recommend the large capacity vehicle, which has a much better load distribution
You can book by telephone, WhatsApp, email, online or directly in the office. To finalise the contract, we require a valid driving licence and a deposit. The rental contract is drawn up and photos of the vehicle are taken with a tablet in front of the customer; once this process is finished, the customer must accept the conditions, sign the contract and pay for the rental. The contract and the photos of the vehicle are sent to the customer via email, or alternatively via WhatsApp or on paper.
